Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Special Occasion outfits that have been worn or had tags removed. All other categories (Casual, Jeans, Sweatshirts, and T-Shirts) are eligible for returns if the above conditions are met.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for return authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or incorrect items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

For customers outside the UK, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returning items
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
