Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with the following options:
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping fee: £12.95
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Special Occasion outfits that have been worn or had tags removed. All other categories (Casual, Jeans, Sweatshirts, and T-Shirts) are eligible for returns if the above conditions are met.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
- Ship your return – Send to our returns center at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns
- We cannot refund original international shipping costs
- Return shipping times may vary by location
